Brief Description: RH aileron final assembly

Completed assembly of RH aileron per Rans construction manuals as follows: 1. Enlarged all rivet holes to #30 and disassembled the aileron. 2. Deburred all holes, polished edges, buffed surfaces with scotchbrite, and cleaned with alcohol. 3. Primed the entire inside of skin and outside on rivet lines. Touched up primer on frame. 4. Cleco'd assembly together again on 4" PVC blocks and weighted with sand bags. 5. Riveted assembly per Rans rivet schedule. 6. Enlarged control horn hole to 3/16" using a reamer.
