1. Inserted grommets in wiring holes for fuel tank sender, landing light, and nav/strobe light.
2. Installed molex connectors on one end of shielded wire for each of the above circuits and installed into wing frame, using nylon cable ties to secure in place. Labeled wires with printable shrink tubing.
3. Installed 1/4" Nylo-Seal tubing in the forward leading edge lightening holes using nylon clams and rivets. Labeled tubing with printed tape.
4. Fabricated and temporarily installed a longer aluminum fuel line. Line will be finished, connected to tank, and clamped into plance once the wing is upright.
5. Installed tank fittings and pressure tested outside the wing bay. Dropped tank into bay - will pressure test again once fuel line is connected.
6. Prepped and primed lower aft wing skin. Placed skin on bottom of wing frame.
7. Assembled tank skin to torque angle and placed on bottom of wing frame.
8. Installed inspection plate frames and skin stiffeners, riveting in place per Rans rivet schedules.
9. Installed rear spar hinge stiffeners at both aileron hinge and inboard flap hinge locations, riveting per Rans rivet schedules.
10. Installed pitot / AOA probe mount to main spar.
11. Cleco'd lower aft skin and tank bay skin to wing frame.
