Brief Description: LH wing - fitting of wing tip skins
Fitted the LH wing tip skins as follows:
1. Bent and nserted the leading edge tip skin per Rans instructions. Used a strap hole duplicator to align the skins with the pre-drilled holes on the top spar tip. Transfer drilled holes to 3/32 and cleco'd in place.
2. Temporarily installed LH aileron and attached tip rib to aft spar with cleco's. Aligned and clamped the tip closeout skin in place, checking for even clearance with the aileron edge. Drilled to 3/32 and cleco'd in place.

Use a strap duplicator to align the parts before drilling
