1. Removed flap skin from frame and rolled leading edge using 2" EMT. This worked much better than the instructions in the manuals and the fit to the ribs is much better than the result on the LH flap.
2. Cleco'd skin to frame once again and drilled initial holes to #40 into leading edge ribs.
3. Enlarged all holes to #30, replacing cleco's as I drilled.
4. Removed all cleco's to begin final preparation.
