Brief Description: Final assembly of RH flap frame

Assembled RH flap frame per Rans manuals as follows: 1. Deburred all holes, polished edges, buffed surfaces, cleaned with alcohol, and primed all components with self-etching primer. 2. Assembled components with clecos. 3. Riveted frame per Rans rviet schedule, except for using AAPQ-42 rivets instead of AVEX rivets on hinges for greater strength.
