1. Polished edges and buffed surfaces of LH aileron parts. Cleaned with alcohol and primed. Set aside to dry.
2. Prepared and fitted hinges for the RH flap and aileron. Clamped hinges to spars and drilled to 3/32.
3. Modified the RH flap horn angle, bending 6.5 degrees. Temporarily assembled inboard rib and reinforcing parts using cleco's and cleco clamps. Transfer drilled to 3/32, then to 1/8. Trasfer drilled shims to 3/16 and reamed control arm botl hole to .250.
