Finished up riveting the other outboard flaperon, really had to muscle it together to get the holes on the top of the spar to line up, ended up enlarging a good number of them to #20.
Mounted the mass balance weights, 210MM in from rivet lines. I mounted the weights centered on the 210MM line and this meant the holes drilled were not necessarily symmetrical as you need to use the existing rivet holes. Used a #30 hole finder/strap duplicator to transfer the holes. I enlarged them to A6 given the weight of the things. I also used a number stamp die on each weight and also the flaperon location so they go back to the same spot.
