Lots of work in this area...mostly just making it all fit properly. The various components on then off, on then off. Drilling to 3/32 and then to #20. It all works well but I'm still not happy with the very leading edge. The bracket I put there is my 3rd rendition and I'm not sure I'm happy with that one either. Lots of compound curves going on here. The curved parts want to spring back on you...an extra set of hands would have been helpful to hold in place but duct tape to the rescue. Anyway got it all drilled to #20, still need to deburr.
