Removed from spar and located counterbalance weight in place and drilled attach holes thru counterweight using counterbalance skin as a guide. Removed counterweight and re-cleco'd rib and counterbalance skin to spar. Cleco'd skin in place. Cleco'd E-705 root rib to spar and final sized attach holes. Cleco'd WD-605 elevator horn in place and final sized holes. Final sized skin attach holes. Cleco'd and final sized trim tab spar. Disassembled and debured. Dimpled skin attach holes. Left elevator parts ready for treat and paint.
