Cleco'd hinge reinforcement plates to spar. Cleco'd end rib and counterbalance rib to spar and final sized holes. Removed from spar and located counterbalance weight in place and drilled attach holes thru counterweight using counterbalance skin as a guide. Removed counterweight and re-cleco'd rib and counterbalance skin to spar. Cleco'd skin in place. Cleco'd E-709 root rib to spar and final sized attach holes. Cleco'd WD-605 elevator horn in place and final sized holes. Final sized skin attach holes. Disassembled and debured. Dimpled skin attach holes. Right elevator parts ready for treat and paint.
