Craig’s List was my friend; I advertised there for an engine and received about a half a dozen calls for various reason early responses did not fit my needs. Some had already been modified or did not have acceptable block codes. I've been communicating with this seller for about 4 months, he was very knowledgeable but some distance from the location of these engines. We were able to meet today, they came out of an old barn and I paid $100 apiece for them. I stripped the sheet metal from them and gave them their first bath with my power washer. I could not believe the amount of dirt that came out of them.
