Brief Description: WOT test

WOT test. RPMs went to 2800 and I pulled power right away. Research tells me the low pitch stop controls RPMS in a static stetting. I came out Tuesday night and made the adjustments. It took two iterations. I am now at static WOT RPM of 2610
