Disassembled the fin. Removed the pivot brackets and mounted fin on fuselage. Leveled the aircraft and used a plumb bob to get fin exactly vertical. Matched drill 3/32" rivet holes. Drilled out 3/16" holes for pivot brackets and 1/8" rivet holes. Marked holes for rudder cables. Removed fin and cut 20mm holes for the rudder cables. Re-assembled fin and clecoed with 3/32" clecos.
