Tonight, I match-drilled the holes where the right main fuel tank baffle meets the skin. Then I countersunk all the skin holes to receive flush rivets later. I am at a stopping point for the moment, while I wait for capacitive fuel sender parts.
Baffle & Z-brackets clecoed in place on the right main tank.
I had to countersink all the holes in the strip you see (both sides).
