Today, I cut the weather stripping to length that will go on the MotoPod's top edge, where it meets up with the belly of the airplane. Then I installed the quick release pins and the small cables which hold them to the sides of the pod. The quick release pins are installed to essentially "lock" the latches, once they have engaged/captured the hardpoints, upon hoisting into place. Still need to do the decals and test fit/fine tune the hoisitng mechanisms, but I can't do that until the plane is on its permanent gear and high enough off the ground to do this.
