Brief Description:  Final FG Finish Work around doors

Today, I used some flox, cabosil and fiberglass resin to finish up the door jambs to work with the McMaster Carr weather seals. Based on the reports of other RV-10 builders, this modification allows for better weather sealing and easy replacement in the future, should the old weather seal get worn out. It's more work, for sure, but supposedly it's the bees knees, so I'm going this way. As others have done, I used some lengths of the weather stripping as "throw-away" molds to perfectly sculpt the fiberglass resin, flox and cabosil, leaving behind a strong, smooth edge that's the right thickness for the weather seal. After it cures, I'll sand it to final smoothness, before installing the full length weather stripping.
