Today, I began to do the same type of preparation that I did for the doors to the spots in the rear of the fuselage where the rear passenger window panes will live. Not much to say. Just a whole lot of sanding, test fitting, and more sanding. It's good to do this work outside. In fact, I ONLY will do this work outside. Even with wearing a respirator during work, you don't want all that fiberglass dust in your house. I made the mistake of doing a little sanding inside one day, when it was cold. Fiberglass dust was settling in our house for weeks afterwards.
