Tonight, I removed the passenger side door from the fuselage, marked out and trimmed the window opening and edges and checked for a good cure with the bonding. There was about a 2" long section where it appeared the bonding was weak. I mixed up a batch of epoxy and used a syringe to fill up this area. All in all, the first door bonded well. I used plastic sheet to prepare the pilot's side door for its bonding session.
