Brief Description: Riveting End Ribs to Prepare for FG Tips
Today, I completed riveting in the end ribs for each wing, to prepare for installing the fiberglass wingtips. The tips will represent the first fiberglass work I've ever done, so I'm a bit tentative about them. to prepare, I've ordered a fiberglass 101 practice kit from Aircraft Spruce, plus, I've been reading books by Burt Rutan and West Systems about proper fiberglass techniques. Not much glass tonight, but the wings are ready for the next step.
