Well, today was my last day to fly with Bryan before going to Oshkosh, WI for Airventure this year. The crosswinds were so bad, that I couldn't demonstrate some techniques, other than safely getting us on the ground repeatedly as we worked the pattern. I think the pattern actually worked me! Oh well, no BFR before Oshkosh, based on my own assessment. Bryan says I'm ready, but after today's shake-up, I want to fly more after Osh before I go off on my own with these Colorado summer weather systems. Stay tuned for my writeup on Airventure!
