Spent a little time tieing up the wiring behind the panel. It was mostly done, but I had a group of wires that needed to be done. Now it looks all neat and tidy from the cockpit.
I have to say I did not do quite the job of making neat wiring that I would have like behind the panel. All my wiring was done with the fuel tank and glare shield in place. Several builders have done all the avionics before doing the tank or at least before doing the glare shield. That certainly would have made things easier, and I would recommend doing that if possible.
In my case I couldn't afford the avionics until recenlty, so I did the tank and glare sheild quite a while ago.
All the same, if I knew then what I know now, I still could have done a much better job even with the tank and glare shield in place.
