Bent, but did not finish flanges: - W04-02 (x3) (R aileron ribs)
for my form blocks I used some oak I had lying around. I left the edges at 90 degrees since I needed both right- and left-facing ribs and did not want to make a form block for each. If I had, then I would have chamfered the edges an extra 10 degrees so the flanges would bend a true 90 degrees. Doing it my way means I need to take the seaming pliers to all the flanges to tweak them to a true 90 degrees.
I also realized that the "Quantity" column for the W06-02/-03 and W04-02/-03 are misleading. The columns call for 3 each, but in fact it's 4 each. One of each is also needed for each of the left and right "Drive Rib Assemblies" for the flaps and aeilerons, shown on sheets W04 and W06. So really, you should change the columns to read 4 of each, not 3 of each.
