Brief Description:  Rudder cables through fairleads

- Good news: I was able to wrestle off two of the c-clips from the rudder fairleads so I could install the rudder cables.

- Bad news: the c-clips are hopelessly unable to fully spring back into their former tight compression around the white plastic of the fairleads. I even tried a brand new clip from an unused set of fairleads, but with the same result. So faced with no way to keep the fairleads from popping out (the clips would just jump their track when even light pressure was put on the fairleads), I resorted to putting the clips in place and then epoxying them in place. This means if I ever have to replace the fairleads I may have to unrivet the whole fairlead assembly and then use a cut-off wheel to open the fairleads.

- This happened to both of the 2 fairleads that I worked on tonight. I have no doubt it will happen to the other 2 as well.
