Brief Description: RIGHT wing - deburring

Finally got everything deburred. Then I located (lower aft wing skin) and drilled for the wing tie-down bolt. Started puting the wing back together with clecos so I can install the fiberglass wing tips when they arrive, and then finally start riveting.
