Brief Description:  RIGHT tip trailing edge rib

Went back to the right wing tip, to install the aluminum rib in the trailing edge.

The ;plans have the flanges facing OUT, but I prefer them facing in so there will be less to fill later. It just meant I had to buck the rivets instead of squeezing them. I could not ge tot the last rivet at the trailing edge with the bucking bar, so I used a flush pulled rivet there.

I had previously marked the rib on the fiberglass, so the upper and lower surfaces of the tip aligned with the upper and lower skins of the aileron.

Marked the centerline of the rib flanges on the tip (measure carefully!), then measured in 1-1/2" increments per the plans, and drilled for rivets.

Countersunk the fiberglass, deburred the rib, prime painted the interior surfaces of the rib, and riveted the rib in place.
