Finished making the 16 aileron nose ribs. Waited to cut the lightening holes after I flanged the outside of the ribs. Lessoned learned, not going to do that again. The thought was originally that I was going to use the same form when cutting the lightening holes. This proved to be too time consuming so just made a simple jig and cut some dowels on the lathe. Nest time I will cut the holes prior to bening the outside flanges. All in all very happy with them. Lessons learned with the nose ribs made straightening these ribs faster and easier.
