Brief Description:  Aileron rib forms

Created the forms for making the aileron ribs. Aluminum showed up today so should be straight to work this weekend making ribs. Going to do it a bit different than the nose ribs. This time I plan on using the forms to drill the pilot holes for the lightening holes and then routing the aluminum. Once all 16 are cut, I will cut down the forms to form the outer flanges. Then after all 16 have outside flanges bent, I will then use drill press to cut out oversized (=.25" r) lightening holes into the forms. Then use drill press to cut out lightening holes in the alumimum. I have also created the flange dies on the lathe to make the 30 deg angle lightening hole flanges. The reason for this change is when making the lightening holes in the nose ribs, it was necessary to create multiple forms so I could route the holes and then later a larger form was needed to make the die support. This method would allow the same form to be used throughout which I am imagining will make for a more consistent process. Looking at the nose ribs now, I can't see a difference throughout them but could when i was making them.
