I finished creating the nose rib forms and placed a radius on the flanging form. I am sure I got the minimum radius but curious to see if I over did it. Laid out the first sheet of aluminum and realized that is a lot of realestate and did some shop reconfiguration. I have decided that I am going to get another drill press so that I can utilize a fly cutter for making the lightening holes. This was decided after trying to purchase the right size of hole saws and discovered that they don't make them in all the sizes I need for the project. Wanted to see how the router cut the aluminum and was happy to discover that it ran through it like butter. I was very pleased with how well it turned out. Not going to route anymore blanks until I can take them immediately over to drill press to create the lightening holes. I want to limit the amout of transfers within the molds.
