Next was to form the downward bend and "twist" . This part is pretty straight forward. Mount it in the vise at the proper location and "Wack" it with the mallet until the proper dimension is obtained. The "twist" comes in naturally as you bend it and just requires a little more work with a cresent wrench to achieve the preoper angle of 17 degrees.
