After bending was complete, Re-fit the side skins in place and cleco'd to the tailcone.
I am always amazed at the precision of Van's kits. If holes don't line up quite right... YOU have done something wrong. (Not them). Work at it, and make it right or you will pay the price later on. I've had a few times now when something didn't fit quite right. And with lot's of head scratching... I'd fine that i assembled something wrong. Usually, not reading the plans correctly.
