Brief Description:  Fuselage (Center Section)

After finish drilling the assembly, Moved the center section to sit flat on the workbench. It's time to install the "Forward" half of the F904 bulkhead. This requires very accurate spacing to simulate the wing "Spar" being installed between the two parts that form the F-904 bulkhead.

I used my CNC router to machine 2 spacer blocks from some 2" thick "Teak Wood" that i had.
Cut the thickness to 1.438" thick as per instructions. Drilled oversized hole in the blocks for the "Spar" mounting bolts to pass thru.

With the spacer blocks in place, i used 4 "Spar Bolts" on each side to aline and attach the two sections of the F-904 assembly together. My plan is the use some smaller 3/8" bolts to acually secure the halfs together for drilling of the bottom skin and "Side doubler" plates.
