So, thanks to a birthday hint to my wife, I opened up a package that had a set of "Longeron Bending Dies" on my birthday. These work pretty slick to make the long "curving bends" of the longerons. They do still require a little "adjustment" in the vertical direction, But still a lot more accurate that beating on it with a mallet. Cut both longerons to length and marked them for bending and position. (Left and Right) After bending to match the plan templet, and adjusting any icidental "vertical" bending that occured, I Located and drilled the F721-B aft canopy deck in position.
Next step was just a repeat of this to form the "Left" side longeron.
