Countersunk the fiberglass tip to accept flush head rivets and squeezed the rivets for both L. and R. wing tips. Installe the tips and made a final alinement and clearance check. Next, i removed the tips and adjusted the flanges and fit on the W-931 interior ribs. Marked there positions and scuffed the inside of the tips for fiberglass resin. I mixed a batch of resin with "Flox" material to thicken it and bonted both interior ribs into place. Allowed them to cure overnight.
