Set up the drill press to countersink the "Wedges" for the trailing edges. Assembled and riveted ribs, skins, and leading edges. It was a 2 man job getting those leading edges rolled around the nose / counterweight and cleco'd into place!
Once assembled, it's is hard to believe that trailing edge will ever come out straight, but it does.
