Did pinal prep and cleaning of the baffle and aft rib flanges. Double checked and cleaned the tank interior for any debris, tape, sealant "tails". Last check of vent line and fittings.
As with the first tank... I used a "cartidge" type tube of pro-seal. Mixed per directions and applied with a chalking type applicator gun. Installed the baffle and fully cleco'd in place. Fully riveted the skin to baffle rivets, and the baffle to rib "pull type" rivets. Next, installed all "Z" brackets into there proper positions. Sealed and installed with AD-42H blind rivets as per plans.
Note: As with the R. tank, i took the extra precation of sealing all skin to baffle rivets and the full perimeter of the baffle. (See Image #3)
