There is binding between the WD-1214 Flaperon Torque Tubes and the F-1273 Baggage Corner Skins. Pulled the wings off and disconnected the left torque tube. Enlarged the hole in the left corner skin using a Dremel rotary tool and small Scotchbrite wheel. I could not disconnect the right torque tube because it is located beneath the fuel tank. Removed the nylon grommet from the hole in the right baggage corner skin and used a small cutting wheel and small files to widen the hole. Re-installed the left torque tube and then the wings. Applied anti-seize compound to the forward and aft Stub Spars of each wing. Re-installed the fuselage pin assemblies.
