Manual Reference:  PAP, 47, 34
Brief Description:  Checked prop pitch and tracking

PAP G4-1, 47-07: Removed th spinner and re-checked the prop blade pitch angle. I got 71.3 degrees on both props. There is a minor difference from my previous measurement. Maybe it is from the light pressure I put on the top of the Prop Pitch Bracke this timet. Prop tracking is 1/16 inch between the 2 props which is within specs. Re-installed the spinner and checked pitot tube tracking. Pitot tube tracking is within less than 1/16 inch. When I removed the bottom spark plugs oil flowed from the holes. I don't know if this is normal but I'll ask at the Rotax-Owner forum.

PAP G4-2: Unlatched the wing pins (one at a time) and the red warning light comes on.

47-02. Re-installed the screw that secures the Pitot Tube to the Pitot Block. Checked the pitot system again for leaks after installing the screw and there was none. Applied Red RTV sealant where hoses contact other hoses or engine parts.

34-15: Sanded the UV Smooth Prime I applied a few days ago. Somehow it cracks when it dries.
