Brief Description: Installed Canopy & Wings, Latch Warning work
34-03: Installed the F-1240 Upper Canopy Fuselage Skin and then Canopy. The canopy frame is catching the F-1240 Skin on both sides when it is rotated (opened). I placed 1 NAS1149F043P washer on each side between the frame and the fuselage and it corrected the problem. I noticed debris and dirt between the canopy and the aft part for the canopy frame. Loosened the screws and removed the dirt using a plastic card and blowing air.
34-11 (Not 14-05-22): Adjusted the position fo the ES-E22-50K Micro Switch for proper activation by the WD-1218 Canopy Latch and tightened the nut of the lower screw. Zip tied the alarm and canopy light wires.
PAP G2-2 and G2-3: Installed the Wings and did checks per the PAP. Checked the Flaperon position with control stick movement and it is correct. I need to trim the inboard skin of the Flaperon to have the minimum 1/8 inch clearance with the Fuselage at all positions.
