I'm back to Section 32, Flight Controls. Tightened the AN4-21A bolt connecting the Flaperon Mixer Arms (F-1219A & B), Flaperon Mixer Bellcranks (F-1263A & B) and the WD1216 Flap Handle Pushrod, and torqued to 65 in-lbs.
Tightened and torqued the various bolts and flight control connections. Tightened the castellated nuts on the bolts connecting the WD-1210 Control Columns to the Control Sticks. Secured the nuts with cotter pins. Also tightened and torqued the bolts connecting the WD-1215 Flaperon Torque Arms and WD-1214 Flaperon Torque Tubes. As I was tightening the AN3 bolt connecting the right Flaperon Torque Arm to the right Flaperon Pushrod Assembly, the treads "loosened" and I could not tighten the nut nor could I unscrew it. Tried to cut the bold with a small saw and oscillating tool but was unsuccessful. I'll need to find another way to cut the bolt.
Torqued the AN3 bolts to 28 in-lbs and the AN4 bolts to 65 in-lbs. Applied torque seal to the bolts that were torqued to specs.
