Trimmed excess material from the Bottom Cowl. This time I used snips mainly except for the oval hole in the bottom of the cowl. Will do further trimming later. I'm not sure if I should wait for the engine to be hung before making the final trim.
Fabricated the F-12115 Side Hinges, the F-1201J Upper Cowl Top Left Hinge Pin, the F-1201K Cowl Top Right Hinge Pin, one F-12117 Lower Cowl Hinge Pin and one F-12116 Mid Cowl Hinge Pin. I'll make the other F-12116 and F-12117 pins later. I still have to grind and shape the ends. Trimmed Cowl Hinge Pin-Left and the Cowl Hinge Pin-Right to 26 inches. Filed the edges of the Top Cowl but did not yet finish or reach the scribe lines. Filed the edges of the Top Cowl Oil Door opening and finished up to the scribe lines.
