Brief Description: Installed Flaperon Pushrod Assembly and AP Servo
32-06: Bolted the Flaperon Pushrod Assemblies to the F-1263 A and B Flaperon Mixer Bellcranks and the aft rod-end bearings to the WD-1215 Flaperon Torque Arms. Bolted theTorque Arms to the F-1206 Bearing Brackets.
44A-06: Stripped the ends of the wires of the WH-B170 (WH-00045) Autopilot Harness and crimped Molex pins. Inserted the pins into an ES-00010 Molex Plug.
44A-03: Installed the Roll Servo (Dynon AP SV32) to the F-1286B Servo Angles. Applied Loctite 242 to the bolt threads prior to install. Connected the forward end of the Roll Servo Pushrod Assembly to the left Flaperon Pushrod Assembly and left Flaperon Torque Arm, and the aft rod-end bearing to the AP Servo. Reversed the orientation of the bolt connecting the right Flaperon Pushrod Assembly to the right Flaperon Torque Arm per Section 44A (Autopilot Servo plans.
