Brief Description: Trimmed the Canopy Foams and glued to the Frame
Chamfered the C-1212 Guide Blocks some more which reduced the interference when raising the Canopy. Will probably need to do some more radiusing/chamfering. Countersunk the holes in the Blocks a little bit to have the screw heads flush against the surface. The C-1206 Canopy Guide Plates seem to catch against the edges of hole of the F-1254 Support Frame. The holes may need to be enlarged later. Slightly loosened the nuts holding the canopy to the frame to avoid cracking. Removed the 3 most forward screws on both sides. Placed duct tape per the plans and covered the instrument panel and other canopy frame parts. Trimmed the F-1208 Canopy Foams and drilled 7/8 holes where the pivot point bolt will install. Glued the Canopy Foams with epoxy flox mixture.
