I've skipped a number of Sections and now am going back. Started work on Section 34, Canopy Installation. Final-drilled the holes at the ends of the D-1216 Gas Struts. Match-drilled #30 the holes at the side of the canopy frame. Match-drilled the C-1215 Latch Handle Stop to the canopy frame. Drilled #40 holes into the C-1203A Fwd Attach Angles and C-1203B Aft Attach Angles. Used a rivet spacer tool to accurately space the holes and it worked very well. Deburred the drilled holes and the edges of the Angles and the Stop. Filed the welded center of the canopy frame front bow.
Routed the Roll-Servo Wire Harness from below the pilot seat, thru the Tunnel and to the aft of the fuselage. Spent some time reviewing Sections 31, 42D and 44A to figure out how the roll servo will be wired and where the wires will go. The instructions don't seem to be complete. The harness is named WH-00045 and WH-B170 in different sections.
