Brief Description: Installed ELT and put spacers to Flaperon Torque T
Section 11-09: Wrapped friction tape aroun the WH-P30 because I forgot to put heat shrink tubing before connecting the Molex pins to the plug. I tried a large heat shrink tube but it did not shrink enough to wrap tightly around the wires. Tested the Trim/Servo Assembly again and it works well. Connected the WH-P30 to the plug in the servo tray and secured with tie wraps.
Section 42C-15: Installed the ELT Antenna to the the ELT Bracket and secured the latter to the F-1205A Mid Fuse Brace. Crimped butt splices to the wires coming from the 452-6505 Buzzer and connected a ground wire and ring terminal to the black wire. Match-drilled holes into the F-1204H Bulkhead Cap. Final-drilled #19 one hole for the ground wire. Riveted the ELT Mount Tray to the Fuselage. Will connect the other wires later.
Section 32-08: Cut the F-1261 Spacer into 4 pieces. Match-drilled #30 holes into the spacers and final-drilled #12 holes in the spacers. Scuffed the mating surfaces of the spacers and Flaperon Torque Tubes and applied epoxy. Riveted the spacers to the tubes.
Primed and painted the F-1230 Tunnel Cover and the F-1214 Step Floor Cover.
