Brief Description:  Installed new Inst and Com Supports, did other wor

Match-drilled holes in the F-00027 Com Supports and then riveted them to the Panel Base. Also riveted the new F-00026 Inst Stack Angles to the Panel Base. Match-drilled holes in the F-1287 Top Skin and riveted the ADAHRS Brackets. Drilled a 3/8 hole in the F-1207D-L Baggage Bulkhead Channel and installed a snap bushing. Drilled 3/4 holes in the F-1203A and F-1202F Bulkheads - part of the Skyview Update, and placed snap bushings in the holes.

Section 42E-03: Drilled out 3 rivets from the F-1205A Mid Fuse Brace to install nutplates for attaching the ELT bracket. Final-drilled #19 the holes for the nutplates screw. Drilled #40 holes for the nutplate rivet attach holes and countersunk them. Deburred the F-105G ELT Bracket.

Section 42C-17: Deburred the F-1201Z Retaining Plate for the Skyview GPS.

Section 32-07: Separated the F-1260C Flap Handle Spacers and deburred them.

Section 29-06: Temporarily screwed the Left, Center and Right Instrument Panels to check their fit and see how much gap is between them since I'm planning to have them powder coated. There is very minimal gap between the panels and there is overlap between the center and right panels. I'll need to do a lot of deburring between the edges. Clecoed a map box half to the right panel and match-drilled #19 holes through the Panel Base into the back of the map box for anchoring screws. Deburred the Map Box halves.
