Brief Description: Match-drilled holes in Longeron and Strut Angles
Clecoed the F-1202B Panel Base to the F-1201A Firewall Upper. The left and right edges of the Panel Base were not perfectly parallel with the F-1255 Longerons. I bought a long bar clamp from Harbor Freight and it worked very well to squeeze the Longerons inward and aligning the edges with the Panel Base. Match-drilled holes into the Longeron through the Panel Base. Match-drilled holes into the F-1202Y Strut Attach Angles from the bottom of the Panel Base. Primed the Panel Base, the Attach Doublers, Canopy Ribs and the F-1202J Instrument Stack Angles. Final-drilled the rivet holes in the WD-1204 Engine Mount Brackets. Dimpled holes in the F-1201E Oil Tank Side Braces. Deburred the braces, the F-1201F Battery Mount Brace, F-1201G Oil Tank Brace and F-1201Q Battery Mount Angles. Countersunk holes in the Battery Mount Angles that will match with the dimpled holes in the Side Braces. Primed the Oil Tank Brace parts and painted them with Rustoleum Engine Enamel.
