Started work on the right Flaperon. Match-drilled 2 holes in the A-909 Aileron Counterbalance and then riveted A-1204-R and A-1204-L Outb Nose Ribs. Reassembled the parts and match-drilled holes in the Aileron CB. This, again, is a very slow process. To avoid enlarging the holes in the Outbd Nose Skin, I marked the location of the holes in the CB and then removed the skin. I used a drill guide to drill straight holes in the CB. Final-drilled the holes in the Outbd Nose Ribs. That's enough work for today.
