Brief Description: Temporary installation of Bulkhead Assy to H-Stab.
Checked the fit of the F-1211 Assembly Hinges with the H-Stab Hinge Brackets. It was very difficult to fit the washers between the bearing and hinge brackets because of the limited space. The fit was good, though. Will super glue the washers later on when it is time to do the final assembly. Trimmed the material from the F-1282- L Bottom Left Skin and filed and deburred the sharp edges. Tried the Lap Joint Tool which I recently purchased to "break" the edges. Instructions say that to break an edge, position the skin between 1 set of rollers only and then roll it over the skin while bending/twisting it. However, skin kept slipping and the Alclad was getting scratched. Tried an Edge Rolling Tool which was easier to use.
