When I drilled out the rivets in the hinge brackets last week I inadverdently enlarged a couple of holes. To be on the safe side I decided to enlarge the holes 1 size bigger and then use the next larger rivet. Ordered and received a # 21 drill bit and various rivets from Aircraft Spruce. Today, I enlarged the 2 affected holes, deburred them and used AN470AD5-6 rivets. Completed attaching the Hinge Brackets using 4-6 rivets for the rest of the holes. Also received a replacement snap bushing which fit perfectly in the hole that was enlarged to 7/16.
