Brief Description: Stabilator Tip Fairing upgrade

Drilled out the rivets and removed the right outboard horizontal stabilator ribs. Fluted the FS-1204, HS-1206 and HS-1208 outbd ribs. Clecoed the ribs to the stabilator and installed the 10 rivets per the plans.

Stab outbd ribs removed

New outbd ribs installed
